Meet Butch Simmons ...

Butch Simmons is the current Minister of Discipleship/Education, but his affiliation with Emmanuel goes back to 1973 when he was led to Christ by a fellow graduate student. His call to ministry came in 1975, and he has spent the majority of his life attempting to feed others the vital truths found only in God’s Word. Butch received his theological training at Dallas Seminary and comes to the table with three decades of experience with people, both young and old.

In his class you will see (maybe for the first time) that the Bible really is a “Together Book” that makes sense and can be understood by any and every believer. Butch extends a personal invitation to come and learn what it means to be a true disciple of Jesus Christ.
